Here's the way to install Traditional Chinese input.

And BFX is NOT an official EA forum so if you wish DICE to fix those bugs or improve the hitbox, please go to the official Battlefield 2142 forum at EA, kuo's duties are to mantain EATW servers and BFX. His signature states clearly that he is NOT an EATW employee, server mantaince is just a volunteering job. He is not capable to decide what to change in the next patch.

And English is not the official language in Taiwan so don't expect everybody can type English as good as you.
