如題:
上個禮拜有特價 索性買了下來
好玩是好玩
不過我BF3的BATTLELOG老兵狀態(2142)
一直沒顯示
TWSUPPORT@EMAIL.COM 也沒人回應
美國的SUPPORT則是叫我問台灣的EMAIL

BFBC2的老兵網站則是一直卡住

囧

如何解?

直接跟客服說你要升級老兵
客服會直接幫你全開,不需要遊戲也會幫你開

對啊，美國客服應該是會直接幫你開才對

跟他說 Please set the veteran status for Battlefield 2142 for me
然後順便貼上你的CD Key應該就可以了(事實上會直接開，不會問你key XD)

現在不行了,這是我跟某adm的對話内容:

You are now ready to chat with Alvin.

you:Please set the veteran status for me
Alvin:Welcome to EA Customer Service, my name is Alvin. How may I help you today?
you:Please set the veteran status for me
Alvin:I am sorry however due to this type of issue I may need to add the veteran status after verifying the games within your account. May I have the email within your account please.
you:after i change my house , i lose everything , so , i can't give you the E-mail
you:i got at less 10 e-mail just because of this
Alvin:I am truly sorry about that however I am unable to add the requested veteran status without proper documentation. Now I do suggest to contact us again when you have the necessary information.
you:but my friend told me ea will give veteran status for all player if they ask
you:some of my friend even got veteran status without buy it
Alvin:I am sorry but we do not simply add a veteran status upon request. So other than this issue is there anything else I can help you with while I am here?

但是我有試過給他我email後,他說"因為你origin裏面沒有其他battlefield的遊戲,所以我不能開veteran status給你"

至於如果你是想要開所有老兵權限，那就是碰運氣囉，搞不好現在 EA 客服人員都重新教育訓練了XD
何況我那時候只是請他開 1942，他就直接全部幫我開了，哈哈

我記得我發說我是一直是忠實老玩家 我很想要老兵狀態
他好像回我甚麼下不為例 然後就發給我全套了
其實有點忘了

That is the address to our dedicated team in Taiwan that will be able to verify your Origin account and apply the proper veteran status.

我是BC2網站的2142和BF2有出來 Battlelog的沒出來
不過我老兵狀態的BC2也沒出來耶...明明玩了有一段時間
