好吧,今日最終總結一下相關的事情發生的經過
而實際上我也還要先等 Valve 回覆賠償相關事宜

Valve 出貨
裝載貨物,從西雅圖轉運離開

轉運到辛辛那堤(在俄亥俄州),並且當天轉運
※當天DHL TW跟我索取報關用委託書。

轉運到香港,當天內完成裝載

轉運到台北 (實際上是桃園國際機場)
※直到這天的凌晨一兩點我才將報關委託書交給 DHL TW。

每一箱裡面內容物作一份清單。
※我與DHL TW說明直到他今天告訴我,我才知道是分箱裝的,並且告訴對方我無法提供清單,請他跟 Valve 索取。

哭哭一下,但是接到的回應是 - 因為 Valve 無法提供 Packing List (根據我請DHL TW調閱的郵件紀錄,對方是沒有回應),所以DHL TW
應該是為了省事建議收貨本人親自到桃園貨運服務處 (在桃園機場旁邊,那個什麼鬼自由貿易區就是了)。
※當天晚上我請專人寫了一封抗議信,要求 Valve 給我一個交代。

Greetings
My store order number is ****** and recently my goods are held at the Taiwan Customs.
For your information, the Customs require every box to have an individual packing list attached, but the boxes did not contain those packing lists, and as a result, my order is currently held at the airport.
I contacted DHL Taiwan for solution, and they replied me that they had requested DHL US for those packing lists, but DHL US failed to acquire it from you.
In the end, I have to travel to the airport personally to create packing lists by examining the goods from each individual box for my order. Also, DHL Taiwan will charge me an extra fee for examining the goods at the airport, and most importantly, I am required to provide an invoice of the order in which, I do not have any access to.
Currently, my goods are delayed for 10 days from the expected date.
This issue has created numerous nuisance and trouble to me, which I had never experienced in previous purchase in your store. Therefore, I would like to ask for a compensation solution for this issue.
