請教一下，我買了張key card， :-{ download了ea下載精靈，但無法登入伺服器，有沒有人知道是什麼問題？是太多人等候，還是設定有什麼問題？

I use Hutchison 10M BB...
The problem is now has over 12000 players downloading, and I'm wondering where I download from....US? Taiwan?
