這個月初 NFOservers 無預警封鎖 HiNet 的所有 IP 區段,經過我詢問過後得知,他們遭受到 HiNet 用戶的 DDos 攻擊。
他們在得不到 HiNet 正面且積極的答覆下,只好被迫封鎖 HiNet 所有 IP 區段的連線,目前受影響的範圍 NFOservers 旗下的遊戲伺服器及網站。
以下是他們客服回信給我的內容:

Each time an attack occurs on our network we send out full abuse emails to the host including ample detail of the attack, and an example of the traffic we saw. We send this to the abuse email on file. In the case of HiNet, they are flatout not accepting any abuse email. Which means our notices are going unseen and the attacks continue to hurt our network. Until this company starts accepting abuse email an acting on it or until we find a better way to handle these attacks the ranges will need to remain blocked.
You should encourage customers of HiNet to contact them and ask for a proper/working abuse email so that they can properly receive these notices.
As of now this conversation is not going anywhere. Our stance on this issue is firm, there really is nothing else we can do immediately. Again, encourage your customers to contact HiNet and to let them know their abuse email is offline.

因為 NFOservers 的公司政策,必須要由攻擊者所屬的 ISP 協助處理,確定停止攻擊行為才能決定是否解除封鎖,但截至目前為止似乎中華電信還沒受理申訴。(即便我多次去電與寫信給中華電信也是如此)
對只能夠玩 BF3 的我來說,這樣的封鎖對我真的影響很大,畢竟現在能夠玩的伺服器已經不多了。
請問大家有認識中華電信負責駭客申訴的人嗎?
