Solution
1.官方解決法
a. 啟動Crysis2，進入多人選單並輸入序號
b. 回到單人遊戲選單
c. 回到多人遊戲選單並再度輸入序號
進行以上三個步驟便會記得序號

1. Load Crysis 2, go to multiplayer and type in your key
2. Navigate back to Single Player
3. Go back into multiplayer and re-enter your key
After completing these 3 steps your multiplayer key will be saved and you will not be required to re-enter it. If you complete these steps and it still does work post here and let us know. Please ensure carefully that you follow the steps above before reporting an issue.
2.國外官方論壇有許多人也有碰到此問題，共通點便是作業系統皆使用win 7 64 bits，而此問題似乎是1.1 patch造成的。
有人提出了一個解決方法為：
使用連覽模式開啟Crysis2安裝DVD，點擊在bin32資料夾內的crysis2.exe並輸入CD KEY。之後將在DVD內的crysis2.exe複製並取代到安裝資料夾bin32資料夾內的crysis2.exe。
此方法似乎是將已更新為1.1版還原為1.0版，而有些人可照此方法啟動，有些人不行。 官方已與諾會盡快修正此問題

I got mine to launch. I opened the DVD in explore mode, double clicked crysis2.exe in the bin32 folder and input my CD key. After that I copy pasted crysis2.exe from the bin32 folder on the DVD to the bin32 folder on my hard drive. I had to copy and replace because there was already a crysis2.exe there. After that it launched.
3.目前無解，或許24,25號歐洲正式上市後官方會解決此問題
